    Just attended a free bearings tutorial with the fabulous tech John. His passion can't be bought and I have no doubt he puts a lot of love into every set of wheels he builds. Great place!

    The first staff I dealt with didn't know where anything was, didn't even try to help me find something. Rather, he just said, oh we don't have that, when they did just to not have to look for it.

    Purchased a Tacx Neo last weekend. The staff was amazing. So knowledgeable and friendly! Todd and his team made us feel right at home and made the buying experience so fun and exciting. Will definitely come here again!

    Then I dealt with being passed around from associate to associate because apparently no one knows how to do a store claim or return. The first associate disappeared the moment he could.

    Attended 'basic bike maintenance' great info and some hands. I will be attending some more session 's on bike repair! Oh and did I mention, they are free!

    It's embarrassing to think that this store bears the same name as the Richmond site when it's customer service standards are so lacking.
