  I was recommended to this place by another local business. I had a minor muffler repair that my dealership couldn't do for another 2 weeks but I am having a baby this week so couldn't wait. Much to my surprise, this place took my car in right away and were totally honest with me saying it may just be a loose screw. They fixed it in 15 min,didn't charge me the &100 my dealer had quoted me and were super nice the entire time I was there. It's places like this u want to support. They have gained a new customer as of today. Thank you for making my day:)

  I went in to get my clutch looked at and they added on a bunch of other services that I hadn't asked for. One was rust undercoating for my very old car. I said no to this and was quoted a price with tax included. When I went to pick up my car, they had done other services, such as cleaning my battery posts, which is fine to tell me they are dirty, but I can do that myself. In addition to this charge, the price was higher than quoted, but I was told by Chris, that he would never quote me a price tax included. Nonetheless, perhaps I misheard on the phone, despite having written it all down. That was no big deal, but the battery cleaning was not one of the services mentioned on the phone with them. Chris told me again that he did tell me and that I was wrong. I disagreed and Chris told me that I can have a credit for it next time I come back. When he made no motion to write it down in any way, his coworker actually had to ask him to write it down on my receipt. During the time he wrote this down, he told me again two more times that I was indeed wrong and he had told me about the battery cleaning on the phone. I never argued with him, he just offered it up to be rude a few more times.

  These guys literally made my wife teary-eyed. After repairing her vehicle and driving it home, she felt like she was driving a *new* vehicle again. I can't compete with that. All the repairs were reasonably priced. I was informed of all the work up front. Professional service all around. Thanks Stittsville Automotive, we will be back!

  Very acomedateing. I would totally recommend. Ask for Chris or Bob and get it fixed.
