  Love coming here all the time with my best friend, even if it's just to walk around and look at the products. It's a massive store with plenty to look at and enjoy. They have so many items you cant get anywhere else. There's always staff walking around willing to help you and cater to your requests. The downside and THE ONLY downside of this place, is the pricing.... It's a little over priced for certain items and could stand to be a little cheaper.

  Its amazing how much this place has changed for the better. Friendly faces, and customer service is through the roof. Prices are even being reflected in this. Awesome job, everyone!

  Gun counter is very busy and takes a long time to talk to staff when busy. They are generally helpful and knowledgeable when you do get to talk to them. It's a nice judgment free place where you can talk about guns and hunting and it's not taboo, as it is in lots of other pockets of our "enlightened" Canadian society.

  I love cabelas, always love going into cabelas, I would live here if it weren't frowned upon and probably illegal. Their store brand sweaters are super comfy and the staff is always friendly. They have a "bargain cave" where their clearance items are which are always a good deal, but they have a weird system of identifying which items are what percentage off so when you look at the tag vs. their sign that tells you the percentage associated with the colour marked is different so you can't clearly tell what item is what percent discounted. But otherwise its a good store.

  Prices are decent, and love their Hometown Heroes sales. Large store so lots of selection. Have also usually had pretty good luck reaching staff over the phone when calling in. They've even taken my number down when busy and actually had staff call me back and also leave voicemail. That's pretty good customer service.

  So I used to pass by Cabela's many times on my way to the auto palladium without going in. I've seen it, loved the architecture, but didn't bother walking in. Then I was speaking with my message therapist about some unique stores, she recommended passing by Cabela's, and I did as soon as I was told about. I loved the store so much, made me regret not stepping into it before when I used to pass by it. As you walk in, it's pretty huge, quiet, everything is well categorized. They have plenty of options for many things. If you ans your family or friends happen to be an outdoor fanatic, then Cabela's is where you go. They have everything for everyone, including arches. From that moment onwards, I decided to head to Cabela's first, before looking anywhere else.
