  She refused to acknowledge the manufacture defect as 'serious enough to not help against the cold'. Wow! I did not know that I had gone to CK to spend loads of money to buy just 'something to protect from cold' and style and fashion wasn't a parameter.

  I recently purchased several items, although had to return a jacket as it was insulated with Down feathers and made in China where l later learned they pluck from Live Birds. Unacceptable.

  Purchased a Snow Parka after standing in line for more than half an hour and 5 seconds after leaving the cash counter, noticed a manufacturing defect in it. The cashier as well as his lady supervisor refused to exchange stating that since the tag has been removed, it cannot be exchanged.
