  Not the best place I've been too. When my fiancée and I were out looking at rings for myself we came to this store picked out one without an issue, The ring came in a size 8 and we got it sized down to a 7. I was a little concern that the ring was sloppy on my finger and the girl told me not to worry fingers swell in heat and you want to allow room. Well when I fell asleep that night the ring completely fell off, Went back to the store the next day for another girl to tell me the exact same. I said I wanted it sized to 6 1/2 and the girl said no problem, Waited another 2 weeks to pick up the ring. Went and picked it up on a Saturday morning only to have the same issue ring still sloppy. So for a total of 4 times I've been there and a total of 4 weeks I've waited for the ring it's still wrong. That Saturday I believe the manager was working and was in disbelief that none of her emplpyees measured my finger proplery. Ring was send out again to be sized at 6 1/4. It took them a total of 8 weeks to get 1 ring sized proplery. Not sure if I will be back

  Bought a ring from people's and it's been trouble right from the start. Of course my wife fell in love with this ring and it was he one. If I knew what I know now how this place operates I would have convinced her to find another ring. I will not step foot in this store ever again.

  I stood in the store for 20 minutes waiting for someone to help me but i was told to wait.

  I stopped in here recently to pick up a Christmas gift. I was in and out in less than fifteen minutes. The gift I was looking for wasn't in stock, but the salesperson helped me find a suitable alternative. Great service!
