    Very poor customer service. The sales associates would not honour a promotion that they were explicitly a part of hosted by Tanger Outlets.

    Well, they post '50% off' on their wall, so I spend 25 minutes picking a pair of shoes. I stand in line for 10 minutes and am told by the cashier that my pair of shoes is not eligible for the 50% off sale... "No shoes on the wall are eligible." :O

    Don't buy shoes here, they carry terrible quality shoes and their policies regards returns are not what you would expect. Your shoe stitching can come apart as your walking out of the store and they will do nothing, not even store credit to make it right.

    So the sign on the WALL says 50% off, but nothing on the WALL counts. So what is the point of the sale sign??? False advertising I guess...

    The costumer service was so good, the lady who served my sister and me was really polite and kind, and there's a lot of diversity (shoes) and they look really good too!
