  Very impressed with the level of service I received from this store as well the head office. I took a pair of shoes back and had to trouble returning the pair for something else. They helped me find something that would be for my needs. Would definitely be back in the store to shop again

  The employee Ameena was so helpful and very friendly. She went above and beyond to help me find the right size even though there were very limited quantities of the pair I wanted. The store manager or manger on duty however, was extremely rude and arrogant. When I finally decided on the pair I wanted, I walked up to the cash to pay only to find out they were priced $30 more than what the tag on the shoe said. The cashier called the store manager and he was completely useless. He refused to override the price they were tagged at because "It was misplaced". He said he can't track down every employee and make sure they price their products correctly. I argued that it's not the customers fault a worker messed up and tagged an item wrong. He basically talked down to me and told me he doesn't have to change the price and that he didn't care If I returned the shoe. Terrible management. I love rarely ever shop at the Nike outlet and now I definitely know I won't be shopping there anymore.

  Overall a great selection of merchandise, but unfortunately I experienced a very disingenuous staff member. After having found the last remaining pair of girl's basketball shorts of a particular style on the clearance rack, she refused to apply the posted 40% discount. She claimed a customer must have placed the item on the clearance rack. I asked where the normal spot for the item would have been in the store and she told me that there was no other spot, and this must have come out of the back. She was searching for any excuse. In my mind, that clearly supported the likelihood that this was in fact a clearance item. She displayed a very rehearsed smile and offered a shallow apology, but would not honour the posted price. Disappointing that an experience with a single staff member ruined an otherwise great visit to this store.
