  I have been to Spotlight Hair & Spa 3 times now, and I can honestly say there is a really good reason I keep going back...they are all SO amazing!! The front desk staff always greets you with a smile and the relaxed atmosphere allows you to enjoy your day getting pampered. Rebecca always gives my hair the refresh it needs and I always leave her chair happy. It's nice to see all the staff helping each other out and enjoying their work. Tucked away in the small town of Richmond, it can easily be said Spotlight hair & spa is a hidden gem!!

  I can't say enough great things about Shauna and the team at Spotlight. From the moment you walk in the door to the moment you leave the entire experience is first-class. The atmosphere is friendly and relaxed - don't be surprised to be greeted by name by almost everyone you see. The salon and spa are both sophisticated and comfortable at the same time. The vibe between everyone on the team is great - you can tell they enjoy being there. And the quality of the services, whether in the salon or spa, is outstanding.

  I had been searching everywhere for a place that would take me on such short notice but after calling around I came across this place. What an incredible atmosphere. You don't get service like this at just any salon. There was muffins, and chocolate strawberries. Wow. To the actual styling, I had no intentions on getting my hair dyed after some bad luck with some other places and overpricing for my dissatisfaction. Once I spoke to the stylist she had me convinced. We chose 3 colours to put in and it turned out incredible! It's hard to find a stylist that understands what you want and can put it into place. The cut was the same thing. I have never been so pleased. The money I spent was well worth what I got. This is my new favorite salon.

  Friday I had the pleasure of having my hair and eyebrows done at Spotlight Hair and Spa here in downtown Richmond. I can not say enough about my experience, from my hair which was done by Sara, and I can not say how thankful I am to her for fully understanding my needs, she is totally amazing. Kim who did my eyebrows, wow I have finally found the 8th wonder of the world, I told her how I wanted them done and WOW, she did it. You do not know how long I have waited to find someone who understood what I wanted. She was not letting me leave that room until I was 110% satisfied. Well guys you now have me as a customer all the time. You are the best FULL SERVICE SEE YOU AT MY NEXT APPOINTMENT. From the minute you walk in until you leave you are treated like royalty. What an amazing experience, but please don’t just take my word try it you will not regret it.
