  When I called the corporate customer account number, I was asked to answer security questions which at no point did I ever set up. I was also asked for my 4 digit PIN number which I also never defined and was set to '1234' which is ridiculous. The customer service rep I spoke to insisted that I had set the security questions and PIN number and refused to believe that I hadn't.

  I had initially filled out a request for a quote online and was provided a cost. The information I provided did not change between requesting the quote and confirming the order, however the cost almost doubled once I was sent the order confirmation immediately after providing my credit card information.

  The POD was picked up and dropped off on time with lots of follow-up and notifications of pending arrival. The drivers were super nice guys and went out of their way not to damage any trees/grass/etc while maneuvering the pod. Overall a fantastic experience with the only issue being that there was a leak in the pod by one of the support beams which caused one couch to suck up a lot of water (from rain falls during the month the pod sat in the laneway). I could have helped avoid the problem myself if I had plastic on everything of value. After reporting it though, the driver assured me the pod would be taken out of service until it was properly water-proofed again.

  We used the Pod for a short term storage solution while having the carpets replaced in our office. It was so easy to schedule. The driver called when he was on his way for drop off and for pick up. Very professional.

  When we asked for our pod to be moved onto our property, they moved it all the way to Carp (20 minutes away). They did this all without letting us know until we asked.
