  I arrived at the hospital in quite a panic, and was told that they were closing soon and they would be unable to assist me and my poor puppy Finley.

  I think this is unacceptable, the staff member was rude to me as I tried to lay down Finley (I was at a breaking point physically). I told him I had carried her barking and screaming for a while, while obviously in pain myself. He looked at me and said "dont put that dog down here, you have to go somewhere else". I explained I was struggling and I myself am recovering from an injury, to which he made a face as so to say I was lying to him.

  My dog broke her leg today while walking in a dog park. I picked her up as she was in pain and drove as fast as I could to this animal hospital. I had been carrying the dog for about 10 minutes (its a 45 pound Berner puppy) out of the forest. I am currently recovering from an ankle surgery myself, where I had 6 pins put in my leg earlier this month.

  We've been very happy with the staff here. Informative, and don't push unneeded treatments. We've always left feeling educated and happy with the care given.
